He is an expert at quickly assessing and understanding the fundamental issues, levers, and key areas to rapidly improve businesses.

He has led multiple companies to increased valuation of 300% – 500% in under three (3) years. Tim has experience leading under-performing companies (i.e. turnarounds). stable, and hyper-growth companies.

Mr. Emmitt holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from The University of Chicago’s Booth School and a BS in Engineering with honors from Michigan State University.

His financial expertise includes cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, business planning, cost/management, margin analysis, pricing strategies, break-even analysis, and risk management.

Mr. Simsa holds a MBA, with honors, from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University and a BA  in Accounting, with honors, from Ferris State University.
